Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work across my products and services: the 100X PM mastermind, advisory engagements, workshops, keynotes, and any digital products sold through d-pereira.com. By enrolling or booking, you agree to the terms below.

100X PM mastermind

Every 100X PM cohort is covered by a 7-day reflection guarantee. If, after completing Week 1 and showing up fully to the live sessions and exercises, you do not feel the program is shifting how you think and lead, email me within 7 days of the cohort start and I will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

• Requests made after the 7-day window has closed are not eligible.
• The guarantee assumes good-faith participation in Week 1 (attending or watching the sessions and engaging with the work).
• Advisory-tier sessions already delivered are deducted from any partial refund considered outside the guarantee window.

Advisory & retainer engagements

Ongoing advisory is billed in advance per agreed period. You may cancel future periods with 14 days written notice before the next billing date. Fees for the current period and for work already delivered are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.

Workshops & keynotes

Deposits secure a date and are non-refundable, since the booking blocks the calendar for other clients. The remaining balance is due before delivery. If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 21 days ahead and I will do my best to move the date at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Digital products

Self-paced digital products and templates are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or substantially accessed the materials. Once content has been downloaded, the sale is final.

How to request a refund

Email contact@d-pereira.com from the address used at purchase, with your order details and a short note. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If something is not right, please reach out first. I would much rather make it right directly than have you open a dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting me may delay resolution and affect future access to my programs.
